Oppo has launched its new mid-range smartphone in India that is Oppo K1. It was earlier launched in China and today it has entered into the Indian market as Flipkart exclusive. Surprisingly the phone offers an in-fingerprint senor at the lowest price. In China, the Oppo K1 with 4GB RAM variant is priced at CNY 1,599 (approx Rs 17,000) and on the other hand, the 6GB RAM variant is for CNY 1,799 (approx Rs 19,000). Oppo K1 Price in India and Availability

The Oppo K1 with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory is priced at Rs 16,990. While it comes with two different color options of Blue and Black. The phone will be made available to buy exclusively on Flipkart and it will go on sale on 12 February.

Oppo K1 Specifications

The smartphone runs on the 6.4 inches with water-drop notch full-hd+ Super AMOLED display. It has a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels with 19.5:9 aspect ratio screen and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone is powered by a chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 2.2GHz Octa-core Processor with Adreno 512 GPU. It houses 4GB of RAM with an internal memory of 64GB and there is no option for microSD card slot for storage expansion. While we can expect the company will soon launch its 6GB RAM variant.

The phone comes with a dual rear camera of 16MP (f/1.7 aperture, PDAF) + 2MP (f/2.4 aperture, Depth Sensor) with LED flash. The rear camera features are HDR, [email protected] video recording. While it has a selfie camera of 25MP (f/2.0 aperture) with AI capabilities and face beauty.

Following it runs on the operating system of Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.2. The phone boasts a battery of 3600mAh. Further, the Oppo K1 also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock technology, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The other features such as micro USB 2.0 port, 4G VoLTE, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.
